BB Construction delivered the new Amtech Medical warehouse and office development at 32 Mill Road, Whanganui, in partnership with Attika / XL Structural.
Completed as a design-and-build commercial project, the development includes a large warehouse, two-storey office facility, canopy, concrete siteworks, truck access, carparking, hardstands, landscaping, fencing, and associated civil and services coordination.
With a warehouse of approximately 5,416m², office space of approximately 786m², and a canopy of approximately 1,629m², the project demonstrates BB Construction’s ability to deliver large-scale commercial facilities from early concept through to completion.
